Moving Minds: A Wellness Retreat

The full Moving Minds curriculum is a fantastic basis for a full off-site wellness retreat. We work with appropriate venues to offer add-ons to our program, such as yoga and hiking, to enhance your experience.

In our 4-session workshop, we go deep exploring the mind-body connection and how it relates to decision making and problem-solving. By working together to create and problem-solve in a fun and low-stakes environment, teams leave ready to tackle new projects together.
